About Judith Levins:
'To paint all I can see, for that is my destiny.' - Judith Haynes Levins :
Judy is a watercolor artists that teaches private watercolor lessons in her home studio as well as traveling to teach watercolor workshops. She is a popular instructor who’s enthusiasm for the medium is contagious.
Judy graduated from The New England School of Art and Design in Boston Massachusetts. Along with working as a freelance illustrator and designer for many years, she also taught as an instructor of figure drawing and textile rendering at The New England School of Fashion Design in Boston.
During Judy’s art career she has participated in consecutive juried annual open studio with with WLAST, (Western Loudoun Artist Studio Tour). She also was a founding member of a regional art group called, CHAT (Cactoctin Holiday Art Tour) which has become an important cultural contribution to the community.
She is currently serving as President of the Cazenovia Watercolor Society, (CWS), she paints weekly in the Adirondacks, with the plein air group Mountain Air Painters, (MAP). Judy has gained signature status with the Central New York Watercolor Society (CNYWS), as well as filling a chair on the Board of Directors.
